Women are supposed to be sexy but not sexual (except in relation to the guy who has “rights” to her sex) — that’s a patriarchal rule, so inherhently it’s a man-based rule. If there are instances where women comment about another one showing too much cleavage or something, that is simply perpetuating this patriarchal construct (they live in the same society). I agree with Jessica Pin however, in my personal experience it’s only ever been men who have made me feel judged or shamed around my sexuality.
