When James and I went to Desire 2 years ago, a clothing-optional resort for couples in Mexico, we discovered this same thing. Once most people are naked, or even mostly naked (some women wore bikini bottoms but all the men were completely nude) it becomes a very different and not inherently sexualized atmosphere. By the way, there was a large contingent of Germans there. There were some beautiful bodies to be sure, but a lot of us were in our 40s and 50s and had less than perfect ones and it was no big deal at all - very freeing.

We look forward to the time when we can go there again and enjoy the freedom that goes with public nudity in this relaxed atmosphere.

PS — what a beautiful picture! Very artsy.
