This guys unsupported assertions are worthless and I’ll not bother to respond to them except to say that they clearly come from a man, not unlike yourself, with a huge chip on his shoulder and no actual interest in truth. There is zero data to support any of that. Read the article I’ve linked at the bottom that summarizes data from a wide variety of sources for the actual picture.
As far as your other question about who is tracking false allegations: “It’s exceedingly rare for a false rape allegation to end in prison time.
