Thanks for sharing that Jim. It’s funny how we both came here looking for info to debunk crazy theories. I must say I don’t understand the flat earth thing in the slightest. I’ve only written a couple of things about Peterson himself, and only in a sort of tertiary way, except in comments on other people’s stories, but I did get to be friends with Lorelei Weldon in part due to reading one of her stories. It showed me that we had a lot of similar outlook and personality.
Professor Peterson and the Lawyers
Law remains one of the least equitable professions, and Jordan Peterson thinks he knows why. I have other ideas.
But here’s one of my comments that I found that I think sums up my view of Peterson and his tribe.
“This is precisely why Peterson is so huge. He taps into the pain aspect and then says, “Mostly what’s wrong here is the outside world full of feminists and neo-Marxists. If you just clean your room, stand up straight and get to be as ruthless and competitive as is in your nature, then all will be fine again. Meanwhile, that element of ruthlessness IS the root of the wounds. It’s also keeping men from really doing deep self-inventory by putting their focus on SJWs and other externals as the real “problems.” Peterson is wrong — dominance hierarchy is neither necessary nor valuable. It’s destructive to all but a very few at the pinnacle of the hierarchy.”
