Sometimes women dress to draw attention to themselves or to seduce, but again, you can’t always know for sure, just by looking, what a women’s intentions are based on how they look. Some women dress for themselves, to feel empowered because the overwhelming message still is that women shouldn’t be sexual and they are reclaiming that part of themselves. And part of the societal issue is that most men still read that as an invitation, where it might not be at all. It might just be self-expression.
