My James Has Started Writing About Food

And it’s hilarious, awesome, and really tasty!

Please help welcome by husband, James Neil Clarke, to Medium. Not only is he an amazing partner, lover, and father, but he’s also a damned good cook and an entertaining writer.

This is not a recipe story — it’s a making a recipe story, complete with all of the things that happen along the way, like realizing we are out of white wine and that the parsley in the garden is covered in dust. Plus, he pits Giada against Ina — always a good time!
