Additionally, you’ve conflated a whole bunch of things here. The Glass Ceiling and the pay gap are related in some ways in that they both unfairly disadvantage women, but they are not one in the same. In fact, the Glass Ceiling relates to women who have self-selected into high powered, high paying jobs. If you wanted to comment on who does what work and why, that wasn’t readily apparent because of all the other things you’ve thrown into the mix.
Here’s a list of the top 25 highest paying jobs in America and all of them could just as easily be done by women as men. None of them are coal miner or ice road trucker or whatever….
