🤦‍♀️ I’m not a feminist — I’m a woman who has had a lifetime of terrible experiences, just like nearly every other woman I know and every other woman in the world. That’s what #MeToo truly showed — how this problem is infinitely worse than even those of us who’ve always dealt with ever thought. The fact that you don’t know any women who have had similar experiences means that you haven’t actually asked them, because it’s just not statistically possible.

And the fact that your reaction to the birthing article is that it’s made up shows just how far away you are from truly understanding this topic in any meaningful way. Time to wake up! This is not some political ideology — it’s real fucking life for almost every woman and we’re pretty damn tired of it! I don’t give a rat’s ass if you are scared that this horror show is being called out at last. If you are the kind of man who is terrified by women no longer having to put up with the bullshit they always have, then maybe you should be scared.
